Full interior basement waterproofing on a 1,200 sq ft finished basement. Installed perimeter drainage channel, dual sump pump system with battery backup, and spray-applied membrane on all foundation walls. Home was experiencing recurring water intrusion every rainstorm.
Complete tear-off and replacement of a 22-square asphalt shingle roof on a colonial-style home. Installed GAF Timberline HDZ shingles with 30-year warranty. New drip edge, ice-and-water shield at all valleys and eaves, and full ridge vent installation.
Designed and built a 900 sq ft two-level Trex Transcend composite deck with cable rail system, built-in pergola, outdoor kitchen rough-in, and low-voltage step lighting. Fully engineered plans submitted to Clifton building department.
Complete gut renovation of a 1970s kitchen and adjoining living room. Opened load-bearing wall, installed white shaker cabinetry, quartz waterfall island, hardwood floors throughout, and new recessed LED lighting. Project completed in 6 weeks.
Removed deteriorating aluminum siding from a 2,800 sq ft colonial home and installed James Hardie fiber cement lap siding in Smooth Arctic White. New house wrap (Tyvek DrainWrap), window trim, and updated soffit and fascia were included in the scope.
Addition of a 320 sq ft screened covered porch off the rear of the home. Includes mahogany decking, white-painted structural columns, insulated ceiling with tongue-and-groove pine, and retractable screen panels with charcoal insect mesh.
